Cinematic Films for Luxury Living

I don’t just film homes, I capture what makes them unforgettable. The way sunlight moves through glass walls, the textures that define a space, and the atmosphere that makes buyers pause and imagine themselves inside.

For agents, this isn’t just video. It’s marketing at the highest level — content that elevates your brand, attracts the right buyers, and shows clients you know how to present a property with care and distinction. When it comes to showcasing coastal luxury, this is the standard.

The Flow is simple

01

Schedule a shoot

Text me to confirm availability. Once we set a date and time, I’ll send you a booking form to choose your collection and any add ons.

02

Confirm details

I’ll confirm your booking form and gather any extra info. The day before the shoot I’ll follow up to make sure everything is set and ready.

03

Shoot day

We’ll walk the space together and go over any notes for the edit. Then I’ll film in the style of your booked collection, keeping the process smooth, efficient, and stress free.

04

Film Delivery

When your videos are ready, you’ll get an email with a link to view, share, and download all of your content.

05

Final Revision

After you review the content, you can request tweaks if something needs adjusting. One round of revisions is included to make sure the final videos match your vision.

06

Project Complete

Once revisions are done, your films are finalized and ready to share. You’ll have everything you need for MLS, social media, and marketing.

FAQs

  • I think the best outcome happens when we focus on one crew at a time. Working around another vendor and their equipment can be tricky, especially since my shooting style involves moving through the home seamlessly and capturing multiple spaces in one shot.

In a pinch, I can make it work, but it can add some extra challenges and make things a bit more hectic for everyone involved.

  • Of course. If conditions will hurt the final result, we’ll move the shoot.

If the weather’s not working in our favor, just give me a heads-up at least 3 hours before the shoot, and I’ll be happy to reschedule.

But if I’ve already made the trip and you decide to reschedule onsite, there will be a re-shoot fee, so be sure to let me know ahead of time to avoid any surprises!

  • I love a quiet, clear space for filming, so I recommend minimizing people on-site. If someone needs to be there, that’s totally fine, but please note too much activity might affect the final result. They can, but the fewer distractions the better. A quiet space helps me capture clean, cinematic shots quickly so you get the best possible film.

  • If my schedule allows, yes. I keep my calendar tight so each project gets my full attention. A little advance notice makes it easier to guarantee the best results.

  • Yes, if they can be captured from the property with drone or ground shots. For nearby beaches, parks, or community features, I offer a Community B-roll add-on so the whole lifestyle is covered.

  • Please have the space camera-ready before I arrive. I can help with small adjustments, but major changes during the shoot slow things down and take away from filming.

  • I aim to deliver your videos within 2–4 days. For larger properties or more complex shoots, 3–5 days.

My goal is speed without sacrificing quality. Timely feedback on revisions and input helps keep your delivery on schedule.

  • Yes. The video is licensed to you for full use in your marketing. If a partner or vendor needs their own copy, I can set up a simple license to keep things clean and professional.

  • Yes! All of my packages include awesome drone footage. Unless the property is in restricted airspace (like near airports or military zones).

In those rare cases, I would need to apply for FAA clearance. If it’s denied, we’ll capture the exteriors from the ground, but don’t worry, it’s still going to look amazing!

  • If the property isn’t ready when I arrive, we’ll need to reschedule, and a re-shoot fee would apply. Just make sure everything’s good to go, and I’ll be all set!

  • Yes. The video is licensed to you for full use in your marketing. If a partner or vendor needs their own copy, I can set up a simple license to keep things clean and professional.

  • I handle both, but you can be as involved as you like. I’ll choose music and editing styles that fit the home and your brand, or I can send options for you to review before finalizing.

Either way, the final cut is designed to match your brand and highlight the home in a cinematic, polished way.
