2025 Terms and Conditions

Creative Direction
I make style and pacing decisions based on what best represents the property and my professional standard. Preferences such as music, angles, or pacing must be communicated before the shoot. Shot requests should be provided before or at the time of the shoot—otherwise, what I capture is deemed correct. Revision fees may apply for late creative changes.

Day of Shoot
Please ensure no other vendors or contractors are on site during filming unless previously agreed upon.

Fees & Expenses
- Travel Fee: $150 + $0.535/mi beyond 60 miles of my Searise Studio office
- Re-Shoot / Reschedule Fees: $500 if rescheduled after arrival or with less than 24 hours’ notice
- Weather Cancellations: If weather prevents filming, the shoot will be rescheduled. If I arrive and conditions are fine but you cancel, it’s treated as a same-day cancellation
- Same-Day Cancellation: Charged at full project cost (covers lost booking)
- Credit Card Payments: 2.9% processing fee
- Overtime: Additional $175/hr if the shoot extends beyond the agreed timeframe

Delivery
- Standard turnaround: 3–5 days from shoot. Larger packages or multiple edits may take longer
- Revisions: One revision included
- Extra revisions: $175/hr
- Rush Fee: $400 (if I’m available)
- No refunds, but I’ll work with you to get it right

Revisions
You have 48 hours from delivery to request your included revision. If no feedback is received within that time, the invoice will be sent. Requests after 48 hours may still be handled but will lose priority due to other bookings.

Unprepared Property
If the home is not video-ready at arrival and I’m unable to proceed, this will be treated as a same-day cancellation and charged accordingly.

Payments
I work hard to deliver your project on time and expect the same respect with payment.

- Invoices due within 7 days after video delivery
- Late payments incur a 20% interest fee every 20 days past the due date
- Future bookings paused until payment is complete

Scope Changes
Additional filming or editing beyond the original scope will be quoted and approved, before proceeding.

Aerial Videography
Some homes may not qualify for aerial videography due to FAA regulations.

Damage & Liability
I am not liable for accidental damage to the property unless caused by gross negligence on my part. Please secure valuables and identify any sensitive areas before filming. If you request that I get involved—for example, moving pool equipment, lighting fireplaces, or making other adjustments—you must provide clear instructions and accept full responsibility if the homeowner claims any damage.

Ownership & Usage
- I retain the right to share work in my portfolio, list you as a client, and use selected footage for marketing or stock use
- You receive full rights to use the video(s) for marketing purposes: MLS, social media, ads, websites, and personal promotion
- Usage rights are non-transferable—other parties (stagers, builders, vendors) must request separate licensing if they want to use the footage

Archiving
Raw and edited footage is stored for 6 months. After that, files may be deleted.
